If I am working on something or in a meeting I may not be able to answer the telephone immediately. Email is often the easiest way to make initial contact, particularly if you can include a brief description of what you need help with.
What can I help with?
You don't need to know which service it fits
If you already know what you need, that's fine. If you don't, just explain the problem or what you are trying to achieve. I can work out whether it is something I can help with.
Typical enquiries include technical mentoring for MSP engineers, difficult escalations, migrations and projects, Microsoft 365 and Exchange work, and email authentication or deliverability problems.
If it isn't something I can sensibly help with, I will say so.
Working together
Ad hoc, project or ongoing
You don't need an ongoing agreement to contact me. I am happy to help with a single piece of work, and that is often how a longer working relationship starts.
If you need regular technical mentoring, an ongoing technical sounding board or continued access to additional senior technical resource, we can discuss an arrangement that fits the requirement.
